Background
Katherine A. Tomasik, Esq. (“Kate”) joined the firm in 2019 as an of-counsel attorney and provides over 20 years of litigation and transactional legal experience representing local government bodies, real estate developers, and corporate entities. She is a member of our litigation and municipal practice groups and has a background in municipal law, real estate, mortgage banking, foreclosures, evictions, insurance defense, title insurance, small business, and commercial matters. Kate assists clients with navigating complex land use matters, promoting the preservation of historically significant structures, and resolution of preservation-related disputes. Ms. Tomasik is licensed to practice within Michigan Courts, U.S. Federal Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Court.
