
Mr. Rentrop can provide a comprehensive perspective to the development and use of land in Michigan. He has represented developers, municipalities and individual residents on matters including development agreements, master deeds, easements and property tax appeals. He appears in both circuit and district courts for trials and motions concerning land use and zoning issues and before the Michigan Tax Tribunal for appeals of real and personal property taxes. In addition, Mr. Rentrop is a member of the firm’s liquor license practice group providing guidance to clients on the local approval process.
