Hans Rentrop is a managing Partner at Adkison, Need, Allen, & Rentrop, PLLC with over twenty years of experience helping a multitude of clients through complicated legal matters.  Mr. Rentrop can provide a comprehensive perspective to the development, regulation and use of land in Michigan.  He has represented developers, municipalities and individual residents on matters including development agreements, property acquisitions, conditional rezonings, master deeds, easements, planned unit developments and property tax appeals. He appears in both circuit and district courts for trials and motions concerning land use and zoning issues and before the Michigan Tax Tribunal for appeals of real and personal property taxes.
