Background
Chris Tower is an associate with the firm of Adkison, Need, Allen & Rentrop, PLLC, in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He specializes in all facets of liquor licensing. Mr. Tower, as a part of the liquor licensing team, handles business formation, commercial real estate transactions, liquor license acquisition and transfers, and violations. Mr. Tower represents clients with liquor licensing matters in front of all municipalities in the State of Michigan as well as the Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC).
Born and raised in the Metro-Detroit area, Mr. Tower has a passion to continue to build up the community in which he grew up. Mr. Tower graduated from Michigan State University in the Eli Broad College of Business with a degree in Human Resource Management. His studies continued as he went on to study law at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While attending U of D, Mr. Tower fell in love with the City of Detroit and all it has to offer. With a love of cooking and fine restaurants, he found himself exploring the “foodie” scene of Downtown Detroit. With this newfound experience in frequenting new bars and restaurants, Mr. Tower wanted to see how he could use his legal prowess to continue to grow the restaurant scene in Detroit and its’ surrounding communities. He parlayed this into practicing with the Liquor Licensing group at Adkison, Need, Allen, and Rentrop.
Mr. Tower is a young lawyer that is hungry to learn and grow. His passions outside of work include cooking, NBA basketball, and music. Mr. Tower has a large extended family that he has grown up with and plays an active role in his life and learning.
